How do I know the work actually got done?
After every visit you get a report with photos showing exactly what was done, plus the chemical readings from that day. You never have to take our word for it, and you never have to be home to find out.
Can I cancel if it isn’t working out?
Sure can. True Texan runs month to month. Cancel any time, no fees and no paperwork. We’d rather keep your business by doing good work than by locking you into something.
What if I’m not happy with a visit?
If your pool isn’t swim-ready after we’ve been out, tell us and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge. That’s the Swim-Ready Guarantee. And since we run month to month, you can walk away any time with no fee.
How quick can you start?
Most new customers get their first visit the same week they call. It depends on where you are and how the route looks that week. Call Austin and he’ll give you a straight answer, not a maybe.
