Addison is small, dense, and unusual among the cities we serve: a lot of its water is in courtyard pools, townhome pools, and compact residential backyards rather than in quarter-acre suburban yards. Smaller volume isn’t easier volume, because a small pool responds fast to everything, including mistakes.
