The Swim-Ready Guarantee

Pool not swim-ready? We turn around and fix it, no charge.

Every pool company in this metroplex says something like that. The useful question is what happens when you try to use it, so that is what the rest of this page is: the window, the cost, what happens to a missed week, and the things it deliberately does not cover.

Three promises, and they are the whole of it

We come back inside 48 hours
Free. Not the labour, not the chemicals, not a trip charge. It is a visit that should have been done properly the first time, and treating it as anything else would make the promise meaningless.
You can check the work without being home
Every visit ends with a report carrying photographs and the day's readings, which is also what makes the guarantee usable: you do not have to remember what the pool looked like, and neither do we.
You can leave whenever you like
Month to month, no cancellation fee, no notice period. The guarantee is not much use to somebody who is locked in anyway, and this is the part that keeps it honest.

The terms, in full

This is all of them. There is no longer version of this page and nothing below is a summary of something else.

What counts as not swim-ready?
Cloudy or green water, debris we should have removed still on the floor or the surface, a chemical reading outside its range on the report we sent you, or equipment we said we checked that is not running. If you look at the pool after we have been and it is not one you would get into, that is the standard, and it is deliberately your judgement rather than ours.
How quickly do you come back?
Within 48 hours of you telling us, and usually the next day. If we cannot get there inside 48 hours we will say so when you call rather than let the window pass quietly.
What does the return visit cost?
Nothing. Not the labour, not the chemicals, not a trip charge. It is a visit we should have done properly the first time.
What if you miss a scheduled visit entirely?
We reschedule it within the same week wherever the weather and the route allow. If we cannot, that week comes off your next invoice. You should not be paying for a visit that did not happen, and you should not have to ask.
What is not covered?
Anything that is not about the quality of our work. A pool that goes green because the pump failed between visits is a repair rather than a redo, and we will tell you that plainly and quote it. Storm debris after we have left, a gate we could not get through, and equipment at the end of its life are the same: real problems, and not ones a service guarantee can pretend to absorb.
Is there a contract, or a minimum term?
No, and that is part of the guarantee rather than separate from it. Service is month to month and you can cancel any time with no fee and no paperwork. A company that needs a contract to keep you is telling you something about how it expects the work to go.
How do I use it?
Call or text Austin on (214) 604-4370, or reply to the report email from that visit. There is no form to fill in, no claim to file, and nobody is going to ask you to prove it.

Need to use it, or thinking about starting?

Same number either way, and it reaches Austin rather than a call centre. If a visit was not right, say so and it gets sorted. No claim, no form, and nobody is going to ask you to prove it.
