This Privacy Policy explains how Hyrax LLC d/b/a True Texan Pools (“True Texan Pools,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through truetexanpools.com(the “Site”) and when you contact us for pool services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, and the details of your message when you use the contact form, email, call, or text us.
Service information: details about your pool and property needed to quote and perform service.
Automatically collected: the Site uses no third-party analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and basic request data) for security and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries and provide quotes
To schedule, perform, and bill for pool services
To communicate with you about service (including by email, phone, or text)
To operate, secure, and improve the Site
To comply with law and enforce our agreements

3. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related calls and texts (scheduling, reminders, billing) that we send manually, one to one.
