Book your pool service, and pick the day yourself

Choose a pool size, choose how long you want the plan to run, and choose the day we start. The price appears before you type your name, and no card is needed to book. Weekly service runs $120 to $225+ a month month to month, and a longer plan takes up to 15% off that, which is up to $408 over the term.

Step 1 of 4

How big is your pool?

Size sets the labor and the chemical volume of every visit, so it is the first thing the price is built from. Not sure which one is yours?

Step 2 of 4

How long do you want it for?

The longer the plan, the cheaper the month. Month to month is the price published on /pricing and carries no commitment at all, which is what most people start on.

Step 3 of 4

When should we start?

Pick your first visit. Whatever day you choose becomes your regular service day, every week. We book 2 days out so the route can be planned properly.

Step 4 of 4

Where are we going?

Austin calls every new customer himself before the first visit, so the person on the phone is the person who will be in your back yard.

What each plan costs a month

The same twelve numbers the form prices from, laid out so you can compare them without pressing anything. Large pools are quoted from a floor rather than a fixed price, because pools over 20,000 gallons vary too much in shape and equipment for one figure to be honest about all of them.

Prices are for weekly maintenance. One-time cleans, filter service and emergency call-outs are priced separately and published on the pricing page.

The same job on every plan, whichever length you pick

A longer term buys a lower rate and nothing else. It does not buy a better clean, and a month-to-month pool is not second in the queue. The visit is the visit.

The price you see is the price
No chemical bill, no trip charge, no fuel surcharge, and no seasonal rate. Weekly service runs $120 to $225+ a month at the published rate, and a longer term only ever takes money off that.

Questions about booking

Does a longer plan really cost less?
3 months takes 5% off the published rate, 6 months takes 10% off the published rate, 12 months takes 15% off the published rate. On a medium pool the twelve month plan comes to $264 less across the year. A booked route is worth something to us, and this is us paying for it rather than spending the same money finding a replacement customer in March.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month is the default on this page and it is priced at exactly what /pricing publishes, with no fee for leaving and no paperwork. The longer terms are an option, not a requirement. If you want the lower rate you commit to the months; if you want the freedom, you keep it and pay the published price.
What happens after I book?
Your day is held and Austin calls you within 24 hours to confirm it. He will ask about the pool, check the address is on a route that day, and confirm the price. Nothing is charged before your first visit, and nothing is locked in until you have spoken to a person.
Why can I not book for tomorrow?
The calendar opens 2 days out because a route has to be planned to be kept. If it genuinely cannot wait, that is an emergency call-out rather than a first visit: those are arranged by telephone, priced separately, and can often be same day. Call (214) 604-4370.
Why are some days greyed out?
Two reasons, and the calendar tells you which. Either no route runs that day, or the day already holds the 3 new starts it can take. A first visit is longer than a regular stop, so we cap how many of them land on one day rather than run late for everybody already on the route.
Can I change my day later?
Yes. The day you pick becomes your regular weekly service day, and if it stops working, tell Austin and it moves. Moving your day is not a cancellation and costs nothing.
What if my pool needs a clean before weekly service starts?
That is common and it is quoted separately, because it is a different job. Book the weekly plan here, mention the state of the water in the notes, and Austin will price the one-time clean when he calls. He will not start a recovery without telling you the number first.

Rather book it over the phone?

Call Austin. He does every job on this route himself, so the person taking your booking is the person who will be standing in your back yard on Thursday.
