These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at truetexanpools.com (the “Site”), operated by Hyrax LLC d/b/a True Texan Pools(“True Texan Pools,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.
1. What this Site is
The Site provides information about our residential pool maintenance and service offerings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and lets you contact us. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer or a binding quote. Pricing shown is illustrative; actual pricing is confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement.
2. Contacting us and submissions
When you submit the contact form or email us, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, or text at the details you provide, to respond to your inquiry and discuss services. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you send us are non-confidential, and we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. No binding agreement from the Site
No service relationship is created by using the Site or requesting a quote. Services are provided only under a written Pool Service Agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated data collection, no introduction of malware, no infringing or harassing activity, and no submitting false information or others’ personal data without permission. We may investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this section, including restricting or blocking access to the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding, logos, text, and images are owned by or licensed to True Texan Pools and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site for normal personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content without our permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, True Texan Pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility. This Section concerns the Site only; liability for actual pool services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Texan Pools and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute about the Site informally by contacting us. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Electronic communications
By using the Site or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, text, or notices posted on the Site) and agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
