Book your pool service, and pick the day yourself

Weekly service, a one-time clean, or an emergency call-out. Say which one you need and the price appears before you type your name, with no card to book any of them. Weekly runs $120 to $225+ a month on the month-to-month plan, a one-time clean runs $150 to $275+ depending on the state of the water, and call-outs start at $95 to $195+.

A longer weekly term takes up to 10% off the published rate once it is paid up front, which is up to $264 over the term. A call-out has no calendar on it: it goes straight to Austin and it is often the same day.

Step 1 of 4

What do you need?

All three are booked here and all three are priced before you give us your name. Pick the one that sounds like your pool this week.

Step 2 of 4

How big is your pool?

Size sets the labor and the chemical volume of every visit, so it is the first thing the price is built from. These figures assume clear water, and the next question adjusts them. Not sure which size you have?

What does the water look like right now?

Be honest about it. The worse it is the longer it takes and the more chemical it drinks, and a clean quoted for clear water that turns out to be green is a price that has to change on the day. Nobody enjoys that conversation.

Step 3 of 4

When should we come?

Pick the day. A recovery is a long visit, so it goes on the route the same way a new customer's first one does. We book 2 days out so the day can be planned properly.

Step 4 of 4

Where are we going?

Austin calls every new customer himself before the first visit, so the person on the phone is the person who will be in your back yard.

Chemical sensitivities, a chlorine allergy, asthma, a wasp allergy in the yard. It changes which chemicals we use and how long we ask you to stay out of the water. Leave it blank if there is nothing.

How far we come

Two lines, drawn in drive time rather than miles

One van, one technician, and a day that has to hold every pool on it. So the limit is not a radius, it is how long the drive takes: straight up 75 gets further in half an hour than the same miles east through Garland. Inside the solid line you can book anything on this site. Between the two lines we come out for one-time work.

Two boundaries drawn around Plano. The inner one covers everywhere within 30 minutes of the van on clear roads, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Dallas. The outer one reaches 45 minutes, adding Denton, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Rockwall, Little Elm, Grapevine.PlanoFriscoMcKinneyDallasGarlandDentonFort WorthArlingtonIrvingRockwallCelina
Drive times measured on clear roads against the OpenStreetMap road network. Rush hour on 75 or the tollway moves the line. Treat the edge as close rather than exact, and ask us about your street.

What each line means

Weekly service and repairs
Weekly maintenance, green-to-clean recovery, filter service, equipment repair, and every plan on this page. A route we run every week has to be a route we can run every week, and this is how far that reaches.
One-time visits
A single clean, a green pool recovery, a filter clean or a one-off equipment call. Out here we come once and do the job; we cannot promise the same day every week, so weekly plans stop at the solid line.

Not sure which side of the line you are on? Fort Worth, Terrell, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Keller, Justin, Mansfield, Burleson, Red Oak, Kaufman, Sanger and everywhere past them are outside both boundaries today. Call (214) 604-4370 anyway and you will get a straight answer about your street rather than a form.

Every combination, published

What each weekly plan costs a month

The same numbers the form prices from, laid out so you can compare them without pressing anything. The headline rate on each row is the monthly-billed one, and under it is what the same plan costs a month with the whole term paid up front, which takes a further 2% off. Large pools are quoted from a floor rather than a fixed price, because pools over 20,000 gallons vary too much in shape and equipment for one figure to be honest about all of them.

This table is the weekly plan. A one-time clean runs $150 to $275+ depending on the pool and the state of the water, and an emergency call-out starts at $95 to $195+. Both are priced in the form above as soon as you pick them, and both are published in full, along with filter service, on the pricing page.

The same job whichever plan you pick, and whichever job it is

A longer term buys a lower rate and nothing else. It does not buy a better clean, and a month-to-month pool is not second in the queue. A one-time clean gets the same photographs and the same readings a weekly customer gets, from the same person. The visit is the visit.

The price you see is the price
No chemical bill, no trip charge, no fuel surcharge, and no seasonal rate. Weekly service runs $120 to $225+ a month at the published rate, and a longer term only ever takes money off that. A one-time clean and a call-out are quoted from the same published tables, and the one that genuinely cannot be priced from a web page says so instead of guessing.

Questions about booking

Does a longer plan really cost less?
3 months takes 3% off the published rate, 6 months takes 5% off the published rate, 12 months takes 8% off the published rate. On a medium pool the twelve month plan comes to $144 less across the year. A booked route is worth something to us, and this is us paying for it rather than spending the same money finding a replacement customer in March.
What do I save by paying the whole term up front?
Another 2% off the monthly rate, on top of whatever the length of the plan already takes off. A twelve month plan is 8% under the published price billed monthly and 10% under it paid in full, which on a medium pool is $1,620 for the year instead of $1,800. It is not available on month to month, because there is no term there to pay in advance. Nothing is charged when you book either way: Austin confirms the plan by phone first, and the invoice follows that conversation.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month is the default on this page and it is priced at exactly what the pricing page publishes, with no fee for leaving and no paperwork. The longer terms are an option, not a requirement. If you want the lower rate you commit to the months; if you want the freedom, you keep it and pay the published price.
What happens after I book?
On a weekly plan or a one-time clean, your day is held and Austin calls you within 24 hours to confirm it. He will ask about the pool, check the address is on a route that day, and confirm the price. On an emergency call-out no day is held, and he rings you back as fast as he can pick up the phone. Nothing is charged before the visit either way, and nothing is locked in until you have spoken to a person.
Why can I not book for tomorrow?
The calendar opens 2 days out because a route has to be planned to be kept, and that applies to a weekly start and a one-time clean alike. If it genuinely cannot wait, pick Emergency call-out instead: that question has no calendar on it, because a call-out is us breaking the plan rather than joining it. It goes straight to Austin and it is often the same day. If you would rather not wait for the call back, ring (214) 604-4370.
Can I book a one-time clean without signing up for anything?
Yes, and that is the whole point of it. Pick One-time clean at the top of the form, say how big the pool is and what the water looks like, and the price appears. It runs $150 to $275+ depending on both, and a pool nobody can see the bottom of is quoted on site rather than from this page, because it may need a drain, an acid wash and a refill. Nothing recurring is set up by booking one. If you want us back weekly afterwards, you tell Austin, and not before.
How honest do I have to be about how green it is?
Completely, and it costs you nothing to be. The four descriptions are the four prices, so picking the flattering one just means the number changes on the day, which is the conversation nobody wants to have standing next to the pool. If you are between two, pick the worse one and let Austin tell you it is the better one.
How does an emergency call-out work if there is no calendar?
Because a day on that calendar is a day on a planned route, and an emergency is a request to jump ahead of it. Offering you a slot two days out would not be an emergency service. So you pick which call-out and how soon, and it reaches Austin the moment you send it. He calls you back and tells you honestly when he can be there, which is often the same day. Call-outs run $95 to $195+, every one of those a floor rather than a fixed price, and the rapid one carries a same-day priority fee that is waived for weekly members.
The route is full. Can I still get an emergency call-out?
Yes. A full calendar means every planned day is spoken for, and a call-out never came off that calendar in the first place. The booking form says so when it happens, and the emergency question stays open.
Why are some days greyed out?
Two reasons, and the calendar tells you which. Either no route runs that day, or the day already holds the 3 new starts it can take. A first visit is longer than a regular stop, so we cap how many of them land on one day rather than run late for everybody already on the route.
Can I change my day later?
Yes. The day you pick becomes your regular weekly service day, and if it stops working, tell Austin and it moves. Moving your day is not a cancellation and costs nothing.
Somebody in the house reacts to chlorine. Should I say so?
Yes, and the form asks. There is a field for allergies, chemical sensitivities and anything medical about the people who swim, and what you write there reaches Austin before the first visit. It changes real decisions: which sanitizer goes in the water, whether a shock treatment is scheduled around your household rather than dropped in on a Tuesday, and how long we ask everyone to stay out afterwards. We are pool cleaners rather than doctors, so we will not tell you what is safe for a person, but we will not put anything in your water without knowing who swims in it.
What if my pool needs a clean before weekly service starts?
That is common, and the two are separate jobs on purpose. Book the weekly plan here, mention the state of the water in the notes, and Austin will price the one-time clean when he calls. If you would rather see that number first, book the one-time clean on its own and decide about the weekly plan afterwards. Either way he will not start a recovery without telling you the price.

Rather book it over the phone?

Call Austin. He does every job on this route himself, so the person taking your booking is the person who will be standing in your back yard on Thursday.
